Mind At Work

If I am face with a problem, I must remember not to listen to my mind. My mind is nothing more than a professional story teller. It can tell a story and twist truth into untruth, life into death. It had told me a story of survival when I can never die. It had told me a story of seperation when there is only oneness amd love.

I believe everything my mind told me. Thus my drama of life begin with a thought or rather a lie. And thus my little universe was created.

But if I ignore my mind, I wonder what will it do? I am sure it will complain and protest vigorously, just to get my attention. And I am sure I will just give in and start listening to my mind again. For if I don't listen to my mind, then who or what should I listen to? This is a question I put to my mind and it has not answer me yet.

For the first time, it does not has an answer. For the first time, I had my peace of mind. And for the first time, my mind expose itself as being redundant. It is only acting busy most of the time just to confuse me and complicate matter. Just like what happen at the work place, when a busybody or rather a busy mind comes into the picture, just to disturb the peace ......................

A Case With God

I am feeling indignant, I wish I can take God to court, I wish I can sue God on behalf of humanity.

Our history told us a story filled with violent, war, diseases and calamity. All of us have been through lifes of suffering and pain. I am feeling cheated, conned and tricked by God. This is my case against God. It is a case of injustice.

God must be the greatest liar, if not how in heaven would we agreed to participate in this game call life. What are the perks that He offer, that we willingly comes to earth and go through all the troubles.

I wonder if He ever realise what we are going through in life. Maybe He is just too busy maintaining the universe, He had created that He had no time for us. Or maybe, the grander picture for Him, is that the universe continue to function in clocklike precision, so that we may continue to have our history, so that we may continue to evolve through time.

If this is the case, probably I will have no case against God. After all justice is in the hand of God. Perhaps, I just have to wait till the end of time to submit my petition. But by then, it would be meaningless and it will not matter anymore .............................

Full Moon Across Time

If you want to regress and know your past life, just ask your eternal friend, the moon. It knows your past, a hundred, a thousand and even millions of years ago. It knows every single life of your past. Your past are all imprinted in the memory of the moon.

The moon is an eternal friend of yours. It has light up your path in your darkest hour of the night. It watches over you day and night, millennium after millennium. The moon that watches over you a million years ago, is still watching over you right now. Maybe it is trying to reveal to you some secret of the universe.

So on this full-moon night, if you look up at the moon, all your past might just be reveal to you. Because, all your past had all been carved onto the surface of the moon. And maybe, a thousand years later on a full-moon night like this, when you look up at the moon again, you will then remember this moon light night of revealation.

I suggest that you acknowledge and thanks, this eternal friend of yours on this full-moon night, that shine brightly the path for you. That reveal your past to you and will reveal the present to you a thousand years later from now. But even if you fail to acknowledge its existence, it will still shine brightly for you. It will still wait patiently for your acknowledgement someday, across time.

Fly Spirit Fly

I pleaded with the eagle to come down and take my spirit with him, so that we may soar as high as the sky together. But my spirit seem to be grounded, unable to take off.

I believed, I must have shackled my ankles with a chain of guilt and fear. Unknowingly I must have strangled and killed my spirit of freedom. I must have judge, condemn, punish and imprison myself even before God did.

But if God is love and compassion, then it would be against logic if God were to judge, condemn and punish us. I am sure He will also forgive us, for we are all His children lost in the wilderness of this world.

But sometime it is difficult to believe that God will not judge, condemn or punish us. Had we belief it, we would have forgiven ourself a long time ago. Our spirit would be as free as the eagle, soaring as high as the sky could take. We would be looking down from the sky above, admiring the beauty of the world with awe and wonder. We would be humming to the tune of "What A Wonderful World."

Our Soul's Possession

We came to this world with nothing and will leave this world with nothing. But actually, we came and will leave this world with a treasure. We came and will leave this world with our soul's only possession and treasure, that is Love.

But somewhere in our life, we forget we had this treasure of love with us. We must have thought we lost it and so we begin our fanatic search for it. And in the process we are lost in the world. Unsatisfied, we come back life after life in search of love again and in vain. Because, we always forget it is with us. We forget it is our soul's only treasure, only possession.

But, who is to blame, when we are always being told, we came to this world with nothing and will leave this world with nothing. Perhaps, it is time we change this statement.

A Date To Remember

September 21st, world peace day. A date that remind us of the value of peace on earth. Obviously, as a human race, we had failed miserably. Peace is hiding somewhere in a corner of the earth. It had gone into hiding for a long long time.

In the name of peace we had went to war. We also protested in the name of peace. Unfortunately, peace is still illusive in this world. Sadly, we can only imagine how a world in peace would be like.

But if we truly desire peace, we will have to lure peace out of its hiding place. Maybe with a little help from its friends, love and compassion. With the three knight of the soul out in action, I am sure they will conquer the world one day. And the day will come, when peace on earth will not be just a dream anymore.

Peace , love and compassion will be imprinted into the consciousness of man through the generations. We will then call this time in history "The Golden Age"

Waves Of Compassion

The waves of the ocean, come rushing to me and washes my feet. But I know it does more than that. I know it also washes my troubles away. I know it comes to take away some of the burden off my shoulder.

This must be an act of compassion, an offering of love and sacrifice. An act that also bring life to the ocean. It also adds beauty and majesty to the ocean. The ocean would losses it beauty and majesty without the existence of the waves, without its love and compassion.

But before I could said thank you, to the wave that came to soothed me, it vanishes and disappeared without a trace. Never will I be able to find that wave again. I can only hope that the next wave that come to soothe me, will understand how I feel and maybe also help me to convey my message of thanks to it's friends.

With a heart that is fill with gratitude, I stood gazing out into the open sea, offering my love in return....................................
